Lamb Marinade
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 vegetable oil 1/2 cup lemon juice 4 cloves of garlic chopped 2 teaspoons oregano 1 teaspoon rosemary 10 bay leaves 1 cup thinly sliced white onions
~~~~~~~
Mix the oils and the lemon juice well. Add the other ingredients and mix again. Pour over lamb chops and marinate for 4 - 6 hours. Baste frequently during broiling or grilling.
I took the bay leaves out and reduced the marinade to half, then served it over mashed potatoes with the lamb chops.
It was scrumptious!!
would this work for a leg? I imagine it would if you marinated the leg in a plastic bag and turned it frequently.
