SAND
1 pound Vienna fingers
1 cup confectioner's sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
12 ounces cool whip
3 1/2 cups milk
2 packs (4 serving size) vanilla INSTANT pudding
1) Process cookies into crumbs, set aside. *I put 'em in a ziploc bag & just smash the crap outta them!*
2) Blend cream cheese, butter & sugar until creamy in a small bowl, set aside.
3) In a large bowl, make pudding with the milk; combine with cool whip & blend.
4) Add cream cheese mixture to pudding mixture and blend well.
5) Layer cookies and pudding mix alternately beginning & ending with cookies ..... IN A KID'S SAND PAIL!
6) Refrigerate until served. Use the shovel that came with the pail to serve.
The first time people see that put on the table, they get a bit freaked out! But it's so good that they cheer the second time.
