1 small can of your favorite chili cheddar cheese minced onion corn tortillas sour cream oven proof dinner plate
smear a dollop of chili on the plate in roughly the same size and shape as your corn tortillas. place one tortilla on the plate and smear another dollop on top of the tortilla. Top chili covered tortilla with cheese and onion, top with another tortilla, spread chili, top with more cheese and onion until you've used your chili and the stack is 3-4 tortillas high, ending with a coat of chili, sprinkle of cheese and onion. Drop a dab of sour cream on top and place in a 400 degree oven until it is bubbly all over and a crust begins to form on the edges of the chili. Yum....
