1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely minced 8 cloves garlic, crushed and finely minced 3/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup sherry wine vinegar 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Mix all ingredients together and allow it to sit at room temp for about an hour or so to meld the flavors. Good as a marinade or dipping sauce especially steak but any broiled or charcoaled meats. Good right out of the bowl on your finger, too....yummm...
