Apple Sauce Meat Balls
Oven at 375 1 1/2 to 2 lbs of hamburger 1 small onion chopped fine 1 egg 1 cup of corn flakes 1 cup of apple sauce 1 tsp oregano (give or take) salt and pepper 1 can of tomato soup
Mix the hamburger and other ingredients except soup and roll into balls. I put them in a large iron skillet, but any covered baking dish will do that will preferably allow you to make a single layer of meat balls.
Add enough water to the soup to almost cover the meat balls. Cover and bake for about an hour. Oven times vary so just make sure they are done.
