Hubby brought me one of those "microwave pressure cookers" tonight. This may be fun, but it doesn't come with a lot of recipes. That's okay, I can experiment. Tonight is pineapple chicken and not bad, though not perfect yet.

Microwave pressure cooker? Sounds bizarre! I always like to brown my meats before pressure cooking. Can it brown?

Does the meat taste ok? Usually meat has a problem with being steamed from the inside out.

I'm starting to get the hang of this, I think. Tonight was pork and sour kraut. It's pretty decent. And doing it this way saves me from having to either snack for supper or cook for nobody but me.
