Yep! Make your own vitamin water. fill a mason jar with chunks of watermelon, add sprigs of rosemary and fill with water. Chill in fridge for at least 6 hours. I refilled the jar a couple of times.
I would have never put the two together, but when I saw the idea, I had to try it. It's very refreshing.

Interesting combination. I'll have to try it though, I would think mint would be better tasting with watermellon.......

I gave some to my son, he really liked it and couldn't believe it! He brought home a watermelon and a branch of our rosemary. His wife thought he'd lost it. She LOVES it. lol.
I usually give odd things a taste, because often they are quite good. Like peanut butter on seaweed. lol.

I made a batch with clementines. I quartered a bunch of 'em and juiced three and then added the pulp.
WOW!! Is it ever good!!

It was interesting enough to make me try it. I'll be trying it with mint too. try mint and cucumber... Would cucumbers have enough flavor to affect the water much? Would you use kirbys or the waxed kind?

The pulp stayed in the jar I used. When the flavored water tasted less flavorful, I used the blender stick on it and drank that too.
Watermelon season is coming! I have plenty of rosemary.
