3 cups hot sweet potato (I use canned) 1 stick margarine 1 tablespoon vanilla 1/4 cup milk
TOPPING
1 cup light brown sugar (packed) 1/3 cup melted butter 1/3 cup plain flour 1 cup chopped pecans
In a mixer, mix sweet potatoes, margarine, vanilla and milk. Bake in 2 quart buttered dish at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Mix and spread topping over potato mixture Bake 15 minutes longer.

I'm serving this dish too! I splurged on pecan$.
Though I think one Tablespoon of vanilla is a typo, shouldn't that be one teaspoon? That's a lot of vanilla!
