Tried this tonight, pretty good I will make it in the future.
Chicken Crescent Rolls:
1 can(s) crescent rolls 4 chicken breasts 8 oz cheddar cheese, grated 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup ... 1/2 can(s) chicken broth (regular size can, not large)
Boil and debone the chicken (as a shortcut, you can substitute canned chicken breast in equal proportions). 2 Separate crescent rolls and place chicken on the large end of the triangle. Top the chicken with cheese, then roll from the large end to the point. 3 Place in buttered 9x13 baking dish (glass works best). Mix chicken broth and soup together and pour AROUND the rolls (not on top). 4 Bake at 350 degrees until the rolls are golden brown. 5 Serve over rice or with any of your favorite side dish. Makes 8 chicken crescents.

It's really good comfort food! This is one of the recipes I have Bella help me with. She's becoming quite the little chef these days.

That's one of the reasons I tried it...it looked good AND easy!I am not a cook. Joe does most of the cooking but this looks like something that he would eat and I could do it!

I know a lot of folks do that, and can't blame you considering what you can get in the store. We eat a lot of beef because we raise our own. I keep saying that one of these days I'm gonna try raising some turkeys, but haven't gotten 'round to it yet.
