I've made this for pot lucks and picnics and everyone has raved over this in the past. 1 or 2 cans of sliced beets 1 cup of vinegar 1/2 cup of sugar 1 dozen boiled shelled eggs Put all ingredients in a big pot and set this in the fridge over night or until the eggs turn a nice dark red color and enjoy.I've also made deviled eggs with these eggs too and they were very pretty and tasty.
