This feature allows you to block posts created by those who you would rather not see.
This is the icon.
It is located in the members "mini profile" to the left of their posts. It will default to a 
once you activate it. That will allow you to un-ignore them if you wish.I am going to ask people to refrain from making annoucements about using the feature. If you are going to ignore someone then do it silently. None of us including the person you are going to ignore needs to know. None of us care.
In other words it is not to be used as a tool for revenge or getting in the last word.
