One bag of m and m s 4 cups of cereal any kind ,we used cheerios and chocolate cheerios 1 can of mixed nuts Put all of this in a gallon sized zip lock baggie and shake it up. Take out as much as you want and put it in smaller sized baggies to take with you if you are running behind in the mornings.

I like to make my own trail mix. I use dried fruit for the sweet, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, pecans and a large container. I avoid the M&M's because of the diabetes, but I love them.
