basic directions, What is important is to use full fat coconut milk, stick it in the fridge over night, or longer. Chill the bowl you'll be using too. Flip the can over, open it, drain the liquid (can be used for other stuff, or just drink it) and then beat the solid until it's whipped, add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp.vanilla, 2 to 3 tsps sugar (to your taste) and whip it again. Keeps for up to a week and 1/2 in the fridge if you don't use it all. You can whip it again when you want to use it.
