Well, all it takes is a tube, a cup, a few assorted boxes and two eggs and you have yourself a meatloaf.
Of course, anyone eating this should realize that they are getting their recommended daily dose of sodium in two bites.

She probably makes a 4-cylinder meat loaf for the family and a V8 when she takes it to a church potluck.

(yes, forbade, but i agreed with his decision). and the grocery store will grind up any cut of beef or whatever meat, if you so choose, but you'll pay the price of the original cut. ours will also hang meat for as long as one wants it to age.

I stopped eating hamburger quite some years ago .I also don't order it when we go out to eat either. You can grind up the oatmeal in your blender and add it to the meatloaf.

No, if you are getting the Jennie-O 85% lean all it has added is sodium(salt), but it is relatively heavy on the fats, 15 grams per serving, and you could be buying a grade of ground beef that has less fat than this turkey.
A better alternative in the Jennie-O turkey is the flat pack of Jennie-O EXTRA LEAN ground turkey, which has only 1.5 grams of fat per serving.
Just sayin' - if you have to...

KJ: Absolutely the best, pick the cuts with med marbling (lines of fat in the meat), best taste!!!
